With apologies and regrets, there has been yet another change in the venue for the retirement celebration with Mrs. Redd tomorrow evening. Due to a scheduling error the space at Vittles is not available, but we will still enjoy food prepared by Everybody Eats Philly, and will do so in our home base at St. Paul’s Church.
If you know of others who are planning to attend please feel free to share this news. We will have someone stationed at Vittles to re-dirct anyone who hadn’t heard of the change. As the parking lot at St. Paul’s will not likely be large enough, there is on street parking all around the building, and the parking lot for the Social Security building (across Madison St.) is also available.
The doors will open at 5:00pm for a time of fellowship and hor d’ouvres. We will sit down for dinner at 6:00pm, and at the appropriate time the program will begin. A few people have been designated to speak; after their remarks, there will be an opportunity for anyone to add their sentiments.
